Welcome to our customer section.

This is where you will find out all you need to know about how we can help you.

The Lines Company is different from most other electricity distribution companies because we bill each customer directly for the services we provide. This helps to make sure that our costs are more fairly distributed amongst our customers. This means that you will receive an invoice from The Lines Company every month as well as a seperate invoice from your retailer.

Billing customers directly gives individual customers greater control over how much they will pay for their use of the network. With The Lines Company you can increase your energy usage and still reduce your lines charges. The key to your lines charges is not how much electricity you use, but when you use it.

If you receive an invoice from The Lines Company this means your Landlord has assigned the lines charges to you. Please call us on 0800 367 546 option 1 to discuss customer policies and ways in which we can help your manage your bill.

You may wish to register as a residential or commercial landlord with us. This will enable you to access our registered landlord rebate proccess for vacant periods. For more information on how we can help please call us on 0800 367 546 option 1. The registration and rebate forms are available here.

Useful Tip

Crockpots and slow cookers are a handy way to keep the power lower during load control periods and they are a delicious way to cook lamb casserole or roast chicken in winter!
