Apply to connect your new build to our network.

We’re excited you’re building on our network and look forward to welcoming you on board.

Depending on your project, the process will either be standard or non-standard (usually commercial and industrial developments).

For a standard connection the process will take 20 working days for us to process your application and a further 10 working days to complete the connection process.

Steps to connect

There are several steps to complete an application and get connected, you can check them out below and click on the link to complete your application form.

Note: We’re experiencing a high volume of applications, with longer lead times than normal.

CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION

Where you request a connection to our Network, and we approve this connection, investment may be required in assets to supply electricity to you.

This may be in the form of assets dedicated to you, or assets that supply multiple customers (new or existing shared assets), but which require further investment to facilitate supply to you.

Costs of new, or of upgrades to existing, connections may be shared where there are network benefits to the upgrade.

Find out more about Capital Contribution HERE.

Our lines function services will be billed by your retailer, who acts as our agent.
