The team at The Lines Company are pleased to be reopening our doors to customers from our Te Kuiti office on Monday 8 June.

Customers will be able to visit the main office at 8 King St East with TLC’s business returning to normal open from 8am each day until 5pm except for Wednesdays when the office closes at the earlier time of 4pm.

TLC depots will also return to normal, with site access available to contractors and supply services.

If you are planning on visiting us, please make sure you use our hand sanitising station at reception and sign in for contact tracing purposes, plus make sure you maintain a safe 1m distance from others. We’re only accepting contactless payments – so cheques in the drop box are ok, but no cash.

Customers can also contact us by phone or email for any queries, including how to pay your bill or setting up online payments as from 1 September 2020 we will no longer take any form of payment over the counter – including cash, cheque or credit card.
