WESCT annual meeting and ownership review

A NOTICE FROM WESCT TO NORTH KING COUNTRY CUSTOMERS
A reminder that the annual meeting of Waitomo Energy Services Customer Trust (WESCT) beneficiaries, along with ownership review and voting for this, will take place on Thursday 24 September 2020. Commencing at 6:00pm in the Tuatara Room, opposite the entrance to the Ōtorohanga Kiwi House, 20 Alex Telfer Drive, Ōtorohanga.
The annual meeting will:-
- Report on the operations and financial statements of the Trust and the performance of The Lines Company Ltd
- Confirm auditor appointment for 2020/21 year
- Provide opportunity for beneficiaries to question, discuss or comment on the management of the Trust
- Conclude with a presentation
