It’s important you contact us early in your planning phase so we can work with you and your engineering consultants to provide information and requirements, specific to your project.

The process

The process from planning to implementation can be years, so it’s important we’re on the journey with you from start to finish.

Working with you, we’ll complete a review of your connection options and detail requirements you’ll need to meet before you can proceed. We’ll also outline if any network improvements will be needed to safely connect your generation to our network. We can also let you know if Transpower will need to be involved in the project too.
